I created APT Fitness to give anyone a "model specific" workout routine that not only fits your goals and needs but also addresses your past injuries, postural imbalances and general state of health. In other words, everyone has a different starting point and we are here to work with you, find that starting point and get you to your goals safely, efficiently, effectively.
